I thought their food was awesome, I wish they had one in Phoenix (how often can you say that about a small town restaurant??)! Even though there was a good amount of packaging it is biodegradable, here is the info:

I was really impressed with their dedication to sustainability as well as to healthy and delicious food. Go Nature's Express!

As far as I could tell the all the containers were biodegradable even the clear plastic looking cups. They said something like eco cup on them. Compared to other fast food they are light years ahead.

I had a chance to stop by there too this weekend while visiting Yuma for a wedding. I thought the food was really good but I also thought they could have done a better job with the amount of waste that was involved. I had a veggie burger and fries which each item was wrapped in papper and then placed in a styrofoam container. My tea was given to me in a plastic cup too even though my order wasn't to go.
