		<description>If it is a growing trend it&#039;s a great one. Hard to believe campuses just throw all the great stuff they grow in the garbage. 
I forgot to mention how great the orange blossoms smell this time of year. It&#039;s quite amazing.</description>

		<description>This might be a growing trend, which would be great.  I read that caltech recently started harvesting the olives from trees all over its campus.  Previously, these were just garbage.  Once again, that idea was started by students who took up beating the olives out of the trees to relieve stress during finals.</description>
