It makes me think people are either really greedy, irresponsible, or plain dumb. We hear about this sort of dumping in hydrology class here in the valley where companies used to dump directly into the ground. In class we always think - how could it be, how dumb are they?? Then we dismiss it as looking back they didn't know better then.. well we do now! I am so shocked that anyone would think this is harmless. Wow, this is crazy!
