I guess the cobbles might be rough in high heels? I've never had any trouble on it myself. I feel their customer service there is the main draw. I have been there many times since my original review and could not be more pleased with how the staff and owners always make me feel like there is all the time in the world and everyone who walks in is treated as a welcome friend.
